District Sales Head:
Key deliverable for this position would primarily be business development and target revenue generation throughout assigned district. Would also be responsible for secondary channel development through representatives.
Would be vested with the responsibility of channel development by seeking out appropriate associations with representatives for S.B. International and generating revenue through them through relationship building and management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate with at least one year of direct sales experience in same or aligned industry.
Job Responsibility:
Promote organization amongst all leading educational institutions in assigned district for business development, organizing interactive seminars and conferences with students and faculty at these institutions, franchisees and representatives’ solicitation and partnerships development.
Would be provided with target revenue to be generated for assigned district and would be responsible for attaining the same.
Salary:
As per Industry standards. Salary would not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
Career path:
Subject to performance appraisal and periodic review of KRA and target attainment, he/she would be elevated to level of regional head initially and subsequently to level of zonal head with entire assigned zone under his/her line of reporting.

Pan India Channel Development Manager:
Key deliverable for this position would primarily be secondary channel development through development of franchisee network throughout India.
Would be responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding franchisees network throughout India by tracking and streamlining entire process from franchisee solicitation to selection, approval and authorization as well as relationship management with franchisees.
Would have to monitor entire flow of operations and attain target revenue through franchisees.

Minimum graduate with one year of relevant experience in franchisee / channel development.

Would be responsible for frontline sales and revenue generation . Would have to provide organization with target revenue assigned to him/her for specified period within assigned area of operation.
